Objectives

“To provide the essential foundation, knowledge and skills needed in Shariah law and advocacy practice in Malaysia aiming at producing experts in the area of Shariah practice and to provide excellent grounding for anyone wishing to build and develop their career in the Shariah and advocacy practice.

Programme Description

Duration : Part Time – 1 ½ years (3 Semesters)
Class Schedule : Saturday (9am – 5.00pm)
Medium of Instruction : Bahasa Melayu

Entry Requirements

Specific requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor of Law with Honours [LL.B. (Hons)] Degree from Local Universities which are recognized by IIUM OR
  • Possess a Bachelor of Shariah from any Universities which are recognized by IIUM OR
  • Possess a Bachelor of Law [LL.B.] Degree from Foreign Universities which are recognized by IIUM and the Certicate of Legal Practice (CLP) OR
  • Any other qualication approved by IIUM AND
  • Pass at the SPM level or equivalent with at least a Credit in Bahasa Malaysia or equivalent.

Programme Fee

Part Time : RM 15,552.50 (Malaysian Students)
